Dr. Flores and Claudia were so caring and capable when I came to them with an acute issue. They have put me at ease discussing my issues In a comfortable way, and I never felt embarrassed. They also educated me on important colon and rectal health! I’m so appreciative of their services!

My friend designated me as the go to person to help her through her surgery. Dr. Flores regularly contacted me before, during and after surgery. My friend has since recovered and is doing well.

After suffering from IBSD for 40 years, then diverticulitis for 1 year, he performed a colectomy, taking out 18 inches of my colon. Best decision I ever made. I'm finally "normal" and living pain free. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Flores performed a right colectomy on me after a mass was discovered in my colon during a routine colonoscopy. He explained the nature of my disease, treatment options, surgical procedure, and any risks associated with treatment/surgery. In giving me the facts regarding my surgery his beside manner was excellent. I felt like I was more than just another patient. I was able to trust him while being in his care. His office staff, Lisa and Claudia are great! If they tell you they are going to call you back with an answer to a question you asked, they keep their word! I highly recommend recommend Dr. Jesus Flores office! They are polite, personable, professional, and caring.

Dr. Flores is one of the best doctors I have ever been too. Really cares about finding a solution for his patients. He is an expert surgeon with an impressive background and experience and he explains the situation very well to the Patient. He is caring, personable, and very informative. I have my procedure done by Dr. Flores at the Plano Surgery Center and it was a great experience. From the front desk, to the pre and post-op nurses and the anesthesiologist, everyone was caring and really provided great care. Thank you, dr. Flores!

Dr. Flores determined the best way to remove my hemorrhoids while my blood counts were low due to being treated for cancer. I have now completely healed and no more bleeding due to the hemorrhoids. Dr. Flores explained thoroughly what the procedure would involve and answered all of my questions. The procedure was performed in the hospital while I was still being treated for cancer. I highly recommend Dr. Jesus Flores!
