I hate going to the doctor as much as anyone. I must say that the staff is friendly and ready to help anytime. Dr. Baker is one of the Best! Takes his time and gives you treatment options but will also give you his opinion as to what he feels will work the best. Thank You, Dr. Baker!!

Dr. Baker is a caring and compassionate surgeon. In a time when medical care can seem like a manufacturing assembly line, visits with Dr. Baker always are thorough, professional, and conscientious.

Dr. Baker is an awesome, down to earth Dr.In 2015 when I began having shoulder issues, I prayed and asked GOD to direct me to the very best Dr, I'm grateful GOD answered my prayers.After researching top rated orthopedic surgeons in DFW, I was led to Dr. Baker at WB Carrell clinic Dallas.Dr. Baker is very knowledgeable. He extends himself above and beyond caring for his patients. He's very easy to talk to. He desires the very best for you.He has great bedside manners and listens well to his patients.I am a patient with complex diagnoses/conditions. Needless to say, no matter how complex, Dr. Baker NEVER gave up on me.My first surgery was in April of 2016. Eighteen months later, I had to have a second surgery (December of 2018). Both surgeries were a success although I deal with other conditions that exacerbate things.Dr. Baker is wonderful, not only as a physician, but also as a human being. I became depressed due to the challenges I face daily however, each time I've seen Dr. Baker, regardless of how good or how bad things were/are, he has a way of making me smile. Sometimes it's a joke he shares with me or even just simply him being himself. 🙂We've laughed together and even through my tears, he's stuck right in there with me. Dr Baker is the best!! Everything about my visit was a great. All the staff from X-rays prep for injection and how easy Dr Baker is to talk with.

Dr. Baker never seems to be in a hurry to get through. Asks thought provoking question concerning your complaint. He also takes the path of least invasive action with a successful outcome. He repaired a rotator cuff injury in the past, and I have the greatest confidence he will do that in my treatment of my knee.8/25/2021 Dr. Baker always asks the right questions. He answers all questions, and you feel his genuine concern about you health. He and his staff set the bar high for others in the medical profession. He has treated my wife, and son over the last 18 years. I trust him with those that are most precious to me!

The Carrell Clinic has the operational aspect fine tuned like a well-oiled machine. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Baker is delightful and so knowledgeable. Straight forward treatment. I have 100% confidence I’m getting the best care possible.

Dr. Baker performed my ACL surgery in 2004 and I’ve had additional injuries over the years. He’s never been quick to say “let’s do surgery again.” He graciously listens to me and always puts me at ease.

Dr. Baker takes time with you and doesn't make you feel like a number being rushed through the office. He has great bed side manner and is very knowledgeable and caring.
