Most amazing experience at a Dr office! From calling an speaking originally to Gabriel then Susan, both were professional and listened. Dr Moore was so down to earth and explained my issues It was as if we had gone back in time when doctors cared, which Dr Moore definitely cares about his patients!Highly recommend Dr Moore!

Dr. Moore and his staff are simply wonderful. Dr Moore is not only patient, kind and very thorough, he is also very educational. I am so pleased I went to him on a whim. I will highly recommend him to anyone who needs an ear, nose and throat specialist.

First time going to an ENT doctor and it was seamless!! From setting up the appt, to seeing Dr Moore, to insurance and payments was efficient and simple. Blake at the front desk was very helpful and provided great customer service. Dr Moore was delightful!! He made it the visit very pleasant and was able to fix exactly what I needed. Doctor visits normally aren't something to look forward to but this was such an a great experience! Many thanks to you Dr Moore and your staff!

Dr. Moore and staff were delightful! Called and got an appointment in 2 days for a minor ear irritation. At 67 yrs old I see plenty of doctors to stay on top of my health. Dr. Moore's approach was as if you were his only patient. Informative and so pleasant making this one of my most memorable appointments. Highly recommend this doctor.

John is one of the best doctors I've ever been to and explained everything very well. So happy I was able to find this Dr. Also, was able to get in a few weeks earlier than other ENT docs.

WARNING! This doc WILL NOT PRESCRIBE PAIN MANAGEMENT MEDS AFTER A TONSILLECTOMY!!!! I was in so much pain that I was throwing up and couldn’t sleep at all the first three days after surgery!!! There was one RN in particular that was very rude, forceful, and unprofessional! I tried speaking with management about her behavior, but they never got back to me! I called several times and still have not spoken with a manager about her behavior. I had my tonsils out Oct.15 2021. The doc knew I have Crohn’s disease! But he didn’t tell me until follow up that he had never done this surgery on someone with ACTIVE CROHN’S! That is something I would have liked to know before surgery. I HAVE STILL NOT FULLY HEALED FROM THIS SURGERY! I have been dealing with a sore throat for months! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT PAIN MEDICATION AFTER SURGERY! And believe me, you’ll need it! Also, NIGHT SWEATS STARTED AFTER THIS SURGERY! I never had such a problem with night sweats until my tonsils were removed!

I have been a patient of Dr. John Moore’s for over 25 years and he is so great! When I say great I mean overall .... as a person, he is very knowledgeable, professional, cares about his patients and has a great staff to assist him. He had told me for years I needed hearing aids and I resisted.....Then in 2017 I decided it was time to start wearing hearing aids and it opened up a whole new world by his audiologist, Tara Weinberg, Tara is as great as well! She is a great person, knowledgeable, professional and cares about her patients.She has always taken care of any hearing aid need I had. It was an adjustment and she was there ever step of the way! It has been 4 years now and she still takes care of my every hearing need!

I found Dr. John Moore when searching for ENT Specialists on google. I initially decided on him based on the previous reviews but my choice was solidified when I called and spoke with the women at the front desk. Every single one of them were kind and beyond helpful with every call I made. Dr. Moore was also kind and very reassuring about my situation which made me feel less anxious and worried. The office they referred me to for an ultrasound was great and the hospital they referred me to for my biopsy was amazing. If you want to be in good hands or be referred to other facilities that practice the same ethics as this office then look no further. I will refer friends or family to this office any chance I get. 😊🙏🏼
