North Texas Heart Center is very well run. Appointments are on time. Everyone is friendly. John Tan is one of the best if not the best Cardiologists in Dallas. He is very nice and concerned.

I am pleased with Dr. John Tan service, he is friendly and very professional. He answered all my questions during my last visit which gave me a peace of mind that I am being cared for by a very knowledgeable and proficient doctor.

Dr. Tan is a brilliant, kind, and compassionate doctor. Four years ago, Dr. Tan saved my father's life. Because Dr. Tan was able to diagnose my dad quickly, at 80 years old he survived quadruple bi-pass surgery. Dr. Tan continues to monitor and treat my father's heart condition, and my dad has remained healthy because of him. My family is forever grateful to Dr. Tan, he is an incredible man. Personally, I will never be able to thank Dr. Tan's medical assistant enough. Barbara has been and remains to be a constant in my family's life. Her medical knowledge, incredible patience, and emotional support that she continues to give to me and my family are well above and beyond her job. Barbara is incredible. I don't know what I would do without her.

Dr Tan is a caring professional. I was not rushed; he explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions in clear terms. Dr. Tan has a calming manner and I felt confident in his ability to analyze and treat my concerns.

Was referred to Dr. Tan from my PCP. His office called to set up an appointment. Day of appointment, went from temperature taking (for Covid precautions) to waiting room for paperwork to exam room where I first met with the Physician Assistant and then Dr. Tan. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The PA and Dr. Tan listened and gave practical suggestions from a lifestyle standpoint. From a clinical standpoint, I was scheduled for a future stress test which also was well coordinated and where I was treated well. I’d recommend them for your cardiology needs. Even though I’m there for clinical reasons, I like my medical professionals and their support staff to have good bedside manner.
