Dr. White and his staff are exceptional! We drive from Oklahoma to see him. I have two shunts and require shunt maintenance and adjustments and he also identified a shunt malfunction and replaced it for me the first time I met him. UTSW, Dr. White, his nurse Caitlin, his NP and office staff are the best we have ever seen.

It’s been 16 months since Dr. White performed my craniotomy for shunt. The previous doctors I went through had me believing that I could not get help. In fact, because of family history, I thought I had a completely different diagnosis that was not treatable so I was not inclined to do the surgery under a Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus diagnosis.Today I am forever deeply grateful and still improving! I have felt very comfortable at every encounter and sincerely and closely cared for even tho my surgery was April 2020 and health care was being slammed by the pandemic. Now I am functioning and feeling better than In years!! Thank you Dr White and Caitlin and University of Texas Southwestern !!! ♥️🙏🤗

Dr. White has changed my life! I had a very unsuccessful shunt surgery at another hospital in Dallas. When that original surgeon refused to correct his mistakes, Dr. White agreed to take me on as a patient. I was able to see him almost immediately, and he performed an emergent surgery to replace my shunt. It has been nearly 11 years since that surgery and I have rarely had any issues. I made an appointment to have my shunt checked out early last year. He remembered me and genuinely cared how I had been over the past 10 years. He is an amazing doctor and I have recommended him to everyone I come in contact with these days.

When other Drs didn't know what was wrong, and just sent me home. Dr White understood and helped me. Yes, I had surgery. It was very good and professional. I no longer have my pressure headaches. I had the best of care anyone could ever ask for.

I have had two operations with Dr white. one in 2002 and another in 2010.. Both relieved me of my pain.Whoudnt even consider going anywhere but Dr white and his staff.

My experience with Dr. Jonathan White was very pleasant and beneficial. He took his time explaining my diagnosis and explaining my options and at no time did I feel that I was taking up too much of his time. He is competent, extremely professional, knowledgeable and a skilled surgeon that treated me with kindness and compassion. He performed MVD (Microvascular Decompression) surgery on me in September 2019 for hemifacial spasms with excellent results. I will be forever grateful for Dr. White and highly recommend him to anyone needing help with the same or similar issues.
