I was in search of a new PCP and couldn’t be happier with Dr Baker and her staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional, the entire place (even the restroom) was so clean which is very important to me. I must say I’ve never gone to the doctor and received a welcome gift, very nice touch.

I’m beyond livid and extremely disappointed from my recent visit with Dr. Karen Baker. First of all, I waited an hour or even a little over an hour to see her. After I waited for about 40 minutes two very well dressed men walked in, and I heard them say we’re here to see Dr. Baker. They allowed them in and I was in ear shot of their conversation with Dr.Baker. So, apparently her patients time does not matter to her as I had been waiting 40 minutes already and they seem to be having some business related topic.It was an afternoon appt and I had been fasting due to the plan of having labs done-so I was very hungry while I waited to be seen.Once in the patient room, Dr. baker was in and out, she didn’t ask if I had any medical concerns or questions. I had to stop her as she was opening the door to exit by saying to her that I have some medical concerns with my body. She didn’t take the time to thoroughly exam my body. I was in the patient room for no more than 5 minutes. I was not cared for, I was not given the attention and respect as a patient, my time was totally disregarded, and my wellness was not a concern from Dr. Baker. I WILL NOT RETURN TO SEE HER AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE TO PUT THERE HEALTHCARE IN THE HANDS OF DR. KAREN BAKER.

This office runs with precision and the staff welcomes you with open arms (I must mention that the place is immaculate from the lobby to the exam rooms). The doctors and P.A.'s address your issues and concerns about your health and explains everything so you are able to understand your own health. You are treated with respect and dignity as a human being and not just a number. Calls are returned in a timely manner.

Worse Dr's appointment ever. Could not have felt like she cared less for her patient. She has good manners, but was terribly dismissive and was not interested at all in being a care-taker for her patient.

Dr Baker is great. Staff is also great. Going to doctors is usually not very good experience. They changed my mind on that

Dr Baker told me Premestrual Dysphoric Disorder is a mental health issue. 6 months of going to a psychiatrist almost got me locked up in the county mental hospital and I lost my job due over the adverse medication reaction. Two weeks after I lost my job I was advocating for myself and finally got Dr. Baker to write a referral to a woman’s health specialist who found I have a blood filled cyst on my ovary and adenomyosis which was causing my lethargic state and inability to function once a month when they adenomyosis and cyst twisted my insides to doubling over pain. So the woman’s health specialist gave me progesterone and most of my issues are now gone. This doctors attitude towards me was disgusting for someone who took the hippocratic oath it’s not a hypocritical oath lady and your care lost me in my life that I worked a year for did four interviews for and have wanted since 2006 Dr Baker ruined my life!

I had to change PCP, every doctor I called is booked for 2+ months. Dr. Baker's staff gave me an appointment the next morning. Truly a blessing at my time of need.

Dr. Baker and her staff are the best! They are all smart, efficient, and very compassionate. If I had a daughter, I would want her to be Dr. Baker!

Dr. Baker was incredibly kind and supportive to me. I was unsure of whether or not my insurance could cover a certain specialist and she offered to be a stand in and monitor my condition as best as she could just in case I couldn’t see one.A couple weeks later my mom had a mammogram due to a lump in her breast and found out she had cancer. She didn’t have a set primary care doctor and I called Dr. Baker’s office immediately. It was December 23rd at 4pm and they made an 8am appointment on the the Monday they reopened after the holidays, and the referral Dr. Baker sent in was so quick my mom was able to see a surgeon only 3 days later.She also is very active on the MyChart portal and answers questions ASAP. 10/10

She is the best. I especially appreciate that she keeps her appointment schedule without you ever feeling you are getting the bum’s rush.
