Kashif Irfan's Online Review Report Card

I wish I could leave 0 stars! If you have any other options in medical providers, take them. The customer service at this office is atrocious. I wish I could say it’s only the office staff, but it seems to be a systemic problem starting at the top with Dr Irfan and trickling down to the staff. 3 of the first 4 appointments I scheduled with Dr Irfan didn’t happen because I got a call either the day before or the morning of my appointment saying they had to reschedule because the doctor’s schedule changed. And it wasn’t like they tried to get me in the next day, they would cancel and reschedule my appointment for 3 weeks later. One time I showed up to an appointment. I waited IN THE OFFICE for an hour before they finally called me up to the window to say “I’m sorry, Dr Irfan had something come up and he had to leave. We need you to come back next week.” I can’t say much about his actual ability to practice medicine, but the business is a joke.

There aren’t enough characters available to explain all of the awful experiences I’ve had with Dr Irfan and his office. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. His service as well as the service of his staff is horrendous. This office and business has to be one of the most poorly managed and operated businesses I’ve encountered. I truly can’t think of another business that is ran worse than this. It’s a miracle that they’re able to keep patients at all.

This man is a disgusting misogynist. His comments on line regarding women needing to be virgins in order to deem acceptable for marriage is frightening. I fear for women in his care.

Please DO NOT go to this doctor. He is very unprofessional and super aggressive. He has terrible people skills, curses like a sailor, and has total disrespect for medical personnel that are not doctors... example are nurses, Physicians Assistants, and specialist of any field other then his. As a person with an anxiety disorder and PTSD I can honesty say that he caused an anxiety attack during and after my visit. I was terrified and none of my issues were resolved because I couldn't speak freely. I was treated very poorly. If I could rate him lower I would. If I could report him I would. Had lumbar injections done and was told all would be done in network for insurance. After insurance declined procedure due to not being medically necessary I received a bill for $6000 from anesthesia office who IS NOT in network. Never received a call from anyone after procedure to see how I felt nor to schedule second procedure once insurance refused. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Dr Ifran is a lying, dishonest person. He is not trustworthy. Do not trust this guy.

Dr Efforn is dishonest and a liar. He tricks people to go see him and then charge the patiants, He told me repetealy that is in my network and then he charges my insurance for out of network, He calls me on his personal cellphone and tells me to give him another chance and promised me that he is my network and I shouldn't be concerned. Then sends a claim to my insurance and submit is as Out of Network. What a liar!! shame on you!

He is an amazing doctor.

Dr. Irfan and his staff are professional and friendly. I’ve been going to Dr. Irfan for the past three years and I have always had a positive experience. I recommend him to all my family and friends.

He is a great doctor. He understands what your body needs and offers to shed light on new treatment options and what is effective for your pain. My pain is high because of cancer and other chronic conditions. He will explain what and why this or that will work and how to manage different types of pain. He doesn’t sugar coat how serious my cancer is and shared how my type of cancer affected his family. He listens to your concerns about your body and your fears. He believes pain management is an important part of patient care and does not make you feel scared or alone. His spirit and belief in helping his patient is felt everytime I see him. I cannot thank Dr. Burney and Dr. Rickert enough for recommending Dr. Irfan unlike a previous doctor who just left me in pain. Every doctor has their specialty and honesty, respect, and not being treated like a number in an MD is very important to me and he gets 10⭐️ for that. His bedside manner is awesome and I’m blessed to have him. You cannot go wrong choosing Dr. Irfan on your care team. 😀 Thankful He is a great doctor.
