Horrible too hard to get an appointment
DR DAO AND LALONI are great at what they do. Have seen them since 2009.
Dr. Dao is the best!!! She has compassion for patients. I’m so happy to have her as my doctor. If you are looking for a doctor she is the one. I have been to so many doctors and no one could fine out what was going on with me.But after seeing her she knew exactly what was going on with me.
Dr. Dao is without a doubt one of the best Doctors I’ve ever had, and I see a lot of Doctors for all kinds of problems. Everyone in the office are caring, and professional people and have always gone out of their way to help/accommodate me and many others. They all seem completely committed to making you feel better.
Dr. Dao is the best Rheumatologist I have ever been to. I was diagnosed with RA in 2012 and she is the first who seems to truly care about my well being. Dr. Dao is personable, knowledgeable, and listens to you. It seems as if she treats each patient like a project. She won't be satisfied until you feel better and have a better quality of life. Her staff compliments her and their is a high level of efficiency and friendliness in the office. It may take some time to get in for your initial visit, but it's worth the wait.
I work in healthcare and I feel sorry for anyone trying to get an appointment at this office. The person I spoke with was rude and hung up on me when she found out I didn't have a referral, which my insurance doesn't require. I understand sometimes this is policy and would have possibly gotten one and came here, but the way she treated me I wouldn't go there simply because of this lady's attitude. In the doctor's office, the staff is just as important as the doctor. Update, two years later, without realizing and searching for a rheumatologist, I tried the office again and waited for 12 minutes on hold before giving up. No one even answered to place me on hold. Apparently, this is not the doctor for me.
One the best Doctors I’ve ever had. She is deeply involved in “research into her Rhumatology” in addition to caring for her patients. She has a very good bed side manner. She has gone above and beyond in my care. When I first started going to her for my care I was in bad shape. Thanks to her extraordinary care I am now able to enjoy my retirement years in reasonably good health.
Dr Dao is the best in all aspects of her patient care. The office staff are helpful and friendly.
I’ve been treated by Dr. Dao now for almost 3 years and to put it mildly she is saving my life! I have extremely complicated RA that has caused me severe neurological conditions on top of years of undiagnosed orthopedic surgeries, that not only has she researched but is treating me with infusions so that I can function normally again. RA and all autoimmune diseases are very complicated involving multiple body systems that sometimes overlap. Finding the correct treatment, infusion or injections takes time and patience. I’ve had the best treatment from Dr. Dao, she is compassionate and brilliant and keeps helping me as my symptoms progress. I’ve been to many rheumatologists she is the absolute BEST in Dallas. I’m writing this review to help others, when you are ill with a complicated disease like I am, it’s vital to know which doctors actually care about you not only as a person while being the best in their field, she is both!
I have been seeing Dr. Dao and Lelani for a couple of years now. She and her staff are highly professional and kind and caring. I have never been treated in any way other than a "special" person and patient with feelings and concerns. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If they question "why do you need these meds" it would be for a good cause. That after all, is their responsibility and duty. Dr. Dao would not dismiss a low grade fever, unless it was 'dismissable' according to protocol. These are unfounded comments by other disgruntled patients and do not deserve further consideration. My hands were a mess when I first came here and now they appear normal and I have renewed confidence. Great People!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
