Everyone at Katy Trail Dental was warm and welcoming. I typically do not like going to the dentist and was a little nervous but they all made me feel at ease and comfortable the whole time. Dr. Bahramnejad was very sweet, professional and knowledgeable. I'm happy to have found this office!

I had such a genuinely wonderful experience at Katy Trail Dental and can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked through the door, the entire team made me feel so welcome and completely at ease. Dr. Wilson took great care of me when I had a cracked tooth and did a beautiful job placing my crown. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and attentive, and I especially appreciated that she personally followed up with me afterward to make sure I was doing well. I’m so grateful for the care I received—truly a 10/10 experience!

Went here as a new patient, as I was filling out the paperwork a saw a sheet saying they will charge for extra x rays today are not covered by insurance for a normal checkup and cleaning... I asked how much it would cost me today just for my cleaning $453.00 !!!! This is after insurance... I asked why and I was told that the doctor prefers the panoramic x-ray and the insurance only covers this cost once every 3 years... there might be additional costs after the cleaning of the doctor needs more images... I have good teeth, never had a cavity and I stay on top of my visits... just wanted to try a new office... I gathered up my things and walked out after a waste of my time... be careful, very careful...

Such a wonderful dental practice. From start to finish, the entire team is welcoming, responsive, and incredibly attentive. They take the time to connect with patients and ensure comfort and confidence throughout every visit, and you can truly tell they care about patient well-being, it’s never rushed or transactional. Personal follow-ups from the doctors and staff after appointments to check on you shows how much they value their patients. They do beautiful work and it is clear that this practice genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

If you want a professional dental practice with the friendliest staff and the best customer service in Dallas, I highly recommend Katy Trail Dental! I was in need of emergency dental work upon arriving in Dallas for business from overseas. I called first thing in the morning, and they were able to slot me in the same day. Thank you Dr Wilson and Kimberley for the amazing job! And thank you to your lovely staff who greeted me. Such lovely people and I will be recommending you to anyone I know who needs dental work in Dallas!!
