He is a very nice Doctor and seems to be very knowledgeable.

DO NOT USE THIS HACK. He miss diagnosed a malignant melanoma twice as being dry skin. That’s after removing a precancerous melanoma a couple of years ago. I have now been diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. He left his practice at dermatology center of Denton. So I saw a new Dr. at that practice who immediately did a biopsy, which required surgery. So run away from him!!! Where ever he is practicing.

Dr. Nezafati has been my dermatologist now for over 3 years. Alone, I would give him 5 stars; however I was prevented from getting an examination room assignment by the front office’s execution of their current COVID protocol. Office staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, professional and kind to me. Dr. Nezafati was quick, competent, and courteous. I am very impressed with him, his staff and facility. Highly impressed.

The doctor and his medical staff are very good. However, the business [front] office staff is terrible - just terrible. After standing in a line for 15 minutes waiting to "sign in", it's followed by a less-than-friendly greeting. I was supposed to be a new patient for Dr. Nezafati. I called the office for an appointment and was told he was not taking any new patients and would have to wait 4 months for a new patient appointment so I decided that I would wait and was given an appointment of May 11th @ 9:40a.m., at this time I was also told that someone would call me prior to this appointment as to what I would need to bring with me, which never happened. The day before the appointment I went on line and printed out some paper work that had the wrong address so needless to say I went to the wrong address. After arriving at the correct address. I was greeted with "Who Are you"? The first impression a patient is from the front desk.

I cannot thank Dr. Nezafati for what he has done for me. I have cystic acne and have now completed 2 rounds of Accutane (once in 2009 with another Dr. and once this year). I understand the risks that this treatment entail but after 3 years of failed attempts and 4 different dermatologists I couldn't believe that no one was willing to help me in the only way that had ever worked for me. He not only helped me with my acne but also is great when I have any other issues that I bring up to him.

The doctor and staff were VERY nice and we left with our dignity in tact, which is rare in many of today's medical practices that make you feel like you're a bother. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

About two years ago, Dr. Kaveh Nezafati so skillfully removed from me a moderately sized squamous cell carcinoma that the scar is a pale pink line no wider than a hair. since that experience my husband and I have consulted Dr. Kaveh, as he is familiarly called, on every skin anomaly that either of us has noticed, and we observe his recommendation that we have regular check-ups. His careful study of each skin anomaly inspires in us confidence in his expertise. If there is the slightest possibility that skin cancer may be the anomaly, Dr. Kaveh requires a biopsy--not taking any chances with his patients' dermatological health. Dr. Kaveh's positive and enthusiastic, actually charmingly bubbly, personality puts us completely at our ease. He is never rushed in his examinations, but neither does he waste time. Personable and outgoing, he converses familiarly with us. Although I cannot access "The wait time at the office was about: -Select-" I can report that we have never had a tiresome wait. Nor have we ever had to wait days or weeks for an appointment to see Dr. Kaveh. Dr. Kaveh's nurses impress us by their efficiency in conducting necessary routine, and sometimes not so routine, preparations for his examinations and procedures. His office staff is courteous and efficient.
