There are soo many choices out there, so I asked my physician for a recommendation for a nutritionist, in hopes of controlling my arthritis through my diet. He recommended Kimberly and me going to see her was the best decision that I've ever made for my health and well being. She is a true professional, knowledgeable, pragmatic and her commitment to helping her clients through healthy food choices is what stood out to me. I've met with her twice, the second time I got what I should be eating and what I should eliminate from my diet. I lost 8 pounds within the first two weeks, my joint pain and inflammation has disappeared. I cheated on day 8 by eating a pre-packaged baked cookie and woke up the next morning with pain in the joints of my right hand. So I'm discovering what my body embraces and what it rejects.... icing on the cake, my massage therapist who has worked on my body (and arthritic spine) for 10 years mentioned last week while working me that she hasn't ever felt my spine with such little inflammation. I'm healing my body through whole foods and restricting my sugar intake, and it's worth all the effort. Kimberly is an answered prayer, truly. I can't wait to see what the future holds, since I'm still in the early stages of my healing journey!
