Excellent experience at Baylor Scott & White with Dr. Kimloan Nguyen. I only had a 5 or 6 minute wait time after filling out my intake paperwork. Dr. Nguyen made me comfortable right away and showed a genuine desire to insure we went over all my physical conditions and mental/emotional challenges derived from my fibromyalgia, arthritis and other stuff from getting older and not wanting to slow down. I had labs completed immediately after the appointment and a couple of overdue shots. All the staff I interacted with were warm and pleasant. So happy to finally find a great family Physician here in my new hometown.

Carenow does not care about you. Beware. My mom tripped and fell on her knees at work today. Carenow is contracted with her employer to evaluate work place injury. Turns out her knee has a contusion (bruise). They gave her crutches and told her to go back to work the next day when her knee is a size of a cantaloupe. My mother ask how is she going to work standing up (job requirement) when her knee is swollen and the nurse said that she can rest on her crutches while standing. Unbelievable. Doct
