This might be a good doctor, but unfortunately I never got the chance to find out. I tried repeatedly to make an appointment since the end of December, but no one could be bothered enough to answer the phone. Calls just go to a voicemail for "Daisy", who seems lazy af. Me & my health insurance went & found another doctor, one that actually answers the phone.

My visit to Dr. Kitzinger office was excellent! I was sent information to get me to their office without difficultly. When calling the office prior to my appointment Daisy returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions! After my visit with Dr. Kitzinger him talking to me, examining me and my X-rays he determined I needed to have my knee replaced. Everything was explained and discussed then given to me on paper so I could reread and know what to expect. So very pleasant experience so far!

It has been a LONG JOURNEY and a LONG TIME since I have found a Doctor that actually follows up and does what they say they are going to do. I didn't have to spend hours on the phone trying to track down imaging appointments, medications, medical tests, etc. I also had a personal call the very next morning from the doctor himself to tell me the findings of blood work tests.Highly recommend seeing this Doctor for anyone in the Dallas Area. I could go on for days of how many bad Doctors I have seen along the way. Do not waste your time even considering another Doctor

I did not see Dr. Kitziger. I always see his PA. She is excellent and always gives my cortisone shots.

Dr kitziger is AWESOME - my experience with my left knee is better than new. Now no pain and the scare is difficult to see. One knee done and the other one next week. I tried everything, but nothing worked - stem cells. Shots, exercise etc - I put this off 4+ years.Knowing Now what the results is with knee replacement I wished I had done it 5 yrs ago.Many Thanks Dr K. 😀
