My dad saw this doctor about 5 times. Every time she was late by 15 to 25 minutes. The last time she didn't show up at all, but left for lunch after we arrived for our appointment. We left after my 87 year old dad couldn't stand the wait any longer. I do not believe that patient care is her number one priority.

Results of Renal ultrasound and 24 hour urine was explained to my understanding . Referral to a specialist and changes in medications were done in response to my tests Results.

Was seen really fast, didn't wait long in the observation room either. Dr. was awesome! She showed great knowledge in my past and present health issues. She explained everything fine and to my understanding. I was treated by the nursing staff quite exceptional and with significant respect from the initial phone call to schedule the appointment to the nursing once on location, All great! I essentially walked in with little hope but left full of hope.

My first visit to Dallas Nephrology Associates. I was on time and they got me right in. My chat with Dr. Glowacki was very informative and she understood my issues and made me comfortable talking to her about them. She explained our next steps and what we were looking for in results. Blood and urine samples were taken and will expect results at my next appt. in a few weeks.
