Minnie Pearl and Jody are so warm and welcoming at the front desk. Jody always has a smile and funny story to tell which makes going to the dentist not so intimidating. All the office staff goes above and beyond and Dr. Slaughter is a perfectionist, very kind and is mild mannered. This an excellent dental office that I highly recommend.

I was experiencing a pain in my lower jaw and was concerned it might be an absess in one of my teeth. I called this morning not sure how quick I could get an appointment. Jody was able to schedule me in to see Dr. Slaughter at 10 AM this morning. Dr. Slaughter found the problem and told me how to resolve the issue. Hats off to Jody for getting me in so quickly. Thanks to her and the staff, I can rest easy tonight. Tim Tumulty

I have been going to Lakewood Family Dental for a decade. I really like Dr. Slaughter and the hygienist Melissa. They are both very tolerant of my general nervousness when being in a dentists chair. They go out of their way to make sure I am as relaxed as possible and they are very gentle with me. Highly recommend.

I had my first visit back after a longer time away than I should have gone between visits. I was expecting some disappointing looks but the staff was as welcoming and professional as always! I’d like to especially thank Alondra and Leslie for there attention to detail and making sure I understood everything from start to finish.
