The staff is great! Very kind and friendly. Unfortunately I just didn't see the laser hair results I was hoping for. I still have to shave after spending thousands of dollars. They've offered me booking more maintenance appointments, but I'm not willing to spend more money on something that didn't work for me. Maybe others have better results? But it was a waste of money for me.

There were plenty of notification texts with information about my consultation. Linden was on top of our appointment and sent a text and called a little earlier to check up on me. She explained every step of the process well and was polite and friendly throughout our entire interaction. When I arrived at the location, the staff was very welcoming and the provider was quick and precise with the laser and made sure to explain every step as she went along. Booking the initial appointment was easy with Linden and my next session was easily scheduled at the front desk. Overall, a seamless and not-so-scary experience for a first-time customer!

As a Muslim woman who wears the hijab, I experienced a serious privacy violation at this LaserAway location when a male entered the room during my treatment. Management did nothing, and Kaitlyn, in particular, was extremely rude and unprofessional — even tried to play the victim instead of taking responsibility. This experience was deeply disrespectful and distressing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values dignity, consent, or basic respect.

I originally went in asking about Botox to relax the fuller side of my face. But instead, they recommended Voluma filler to even out both sides and improve my smile. I didn’t even know I was getting Voluma until I asked they had already entered it into their system without explaining clearly. They told me Voluma would last about a year and that the results would show in 1–2 weeks. I trusted their recommendation and paid $1000. It’s been a week now, and I honestly see no improvement. I was supposed to get laser for my thighs too, but I stopped because I wanted to see if the filler would even do what they said and right now, it doesn’t. They told me I can come back for a follow-up, but if I want to add anything, I’ll be charged again. I don’t think it’s fair to be charged more when I trusted their plan and the results don’t match what they promised. If things improve by week 2, I’ll update this review — but for now, I’m very disappointed.
