I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Pfeiffer. She is easy to talk to and was very thorough. Three months after having upper eyelid surgery you can not see any scars and my periferral vision has improved a great deal. Her staff were very friendly and professional.Dr. Pfeiffer was always on time and I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Pfeiffer to anyone wanting eyelid surgery.

I had eyelid surgery last week by Dr. Pfeiffer and from the time I walked into Key- Whitman I had a great experience. All of the staff made me feel like I was their only patient, making sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on. Dr. Pfeiffer was wonderful and made feel at ease before surgery. She called me to check on me the next day. I really appreciate the care that I received and will recommend Dr. Pfeiffer and Key-Whitman to everyone.

I have never had a doctor so meticulous, confident, and caring than this one. By far the very best dr I have ever had. This woman even came on a Sunday to help relieve me of pain!!!! The constant communication with processes and aftercare is absolutely unmatched. Being a veteran of war most of us are super skeptical of anyone especially doctors. I was given the caring, straight (with no bullshyt) direct answers to all questions. Her office staff made me feel like they have known me my whole life.
