I recently visited Lily Med Spa in Dallas for a full rejuvenation experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt inviting, clean, and calming. The staff was warm, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout each treatment. I started with a HydraFacial, which instantly refreshed and hydrated my skin. My face felt smoother, clearer, and had that healthy glow you can’t fake—it was the perfect way to kick things off. Next came microneedling with the SkinPen®, and thanks to the numbing cream, the process was surprisingly comfortable. Within a couple of days, any redness had faded, and I began noticing improved texture and tone. The provider explained everything thoroughly and even mentioned enhancement options like PRP for the future, which shows how much they personalize treatments. For Botox, I was especially impressed with how natural the results looked. The fine lines softened beautifully, but my expressions remained intact—I still looked like myself, just more refreshed. What I really appreciated was that they never pushed for more units than I needed; it felt tailored and thoughtful. Finally, I had a series of Sculptra treatments, and this was truly the standout. The process was nearly painless, and over time, I’ve watched my skin regain a youthful lift and fullness that looks subtle yet transformative. The compliments I’ve received speak for themselves. Never go, I saw an advertisement for 3.50 dollars.I was 20 minutes late, they asked for a 50 dollar penalty.They were rude because I asked for a discounted price and they said 300 dollars.I went out and asked for 650, he was very rude, the man stood up in anger.It was terrible. Then the one inside came in and said 300.so if you are absent-minded they will take more money from you.botox was very bad, horizontal lines decreased, vertical lines formed.and my eyebrows and eyelids fell down and I became ugly.don't go.everything is bad. 😡😡😡

I had a Platinum facial with Susan. She was amazing at her job not only was she super thorough. She made sure that all my concerns were taken care of and she was also very informative during each step. I take care of my skin really well and she made The facial experience really good by making sure that she goes over everything in detail and gave it time!
