Dr Jackson took her time with me and answered all of my questions. She personally followed up by phone to make sure I was able to insert and remove my contacts and see if I had any issues. She takes time to educate you if you have questions. I wish she had more availability for the Fort Worth office.

If I could give a lower review, I would. I see many doctors with UT Southwestern which I am beyond impressed with, but Dr. Jackson really disappointed me with my exam. I made an appointment weeks beforehand and was then sent a text message with a new appointment time the day of. I showed up at the new appointment time that I was messaged (which was 30 minutes before the original). I waited over 2 hours for my appointment. I understand sometimes they are busy, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. During my appointment, I was extremely rushed and was not given a proper exam, whatsoever. When trying to adjust my eyes, I wasn't even given the proper time to choose which option was the best and was given an incorrect prescription. I was rushed out of the office, with my eyes dilated, and forced to pay for my appt. I called management the next day to express my concern. They did not care whatsoever and now I have to wait another year for my insurance to cover another eye exam to cover the proper exam I should of had with Dr. Jackson. I am beyond disappointed and do not recommend anyone else to experience what I did.
