List of Mara's Med Spa's Reviews
I had such a great facial with Brook at Mara’s Med Spa! She explained everything as she went and made the whole process super easy and relaxing. My skin looked so good after that I ended up buying two products to take home. Can’t wait to go back!
Worst place ever
I've had several procedures at Mara's. Mara is very professional, reviews any pertinent health info, and does hand holding if it's your first time. I was very satisfied with my results, and I felt very comfortable there. She makes it easy, and lets you know what to realistically expect. I just had an IPL and I'm loving the results.
Worst experience ever. I had a nose thread consultation appointment. I basically told the reception two times, I want a consultation for a nose thread lift. They confirmed with me the appointment and that it is a nose thread lift. I show up to the appointment, the tech comes in and tells me "Im sorry but I dont specialize in nose thread lift. And there is someone else who does" so I asked her ok is she her today to see me and she said let me go and check with the onwer. So I wait and wait and wait and she comes back and tells me "so you can come and be a model and I can do the nose thread on you for $800" So basically not only there was no other person who does the nose thread lift, but I waited to be seen for 20min and on the phone the receptionist confirmed with me TWICE that the appointment is for a nose thread lift. I told the reception "I told you folks on the phone that I wanted a NOSE thread lift" and they really didnt have much to say othern than a forced apology and knowing they screwed up.
Beautiful results and first class treatment every time. I love coming here. The facility is gorgeous and the staff members are so helpful.
Kandra is amazing! Her facials are so relaxing and restorative. Highly recommend!
I cannot give this place enough stars. Mara, Candace, Maria, Honey and all of the girls here are the warmest, genuinely kind women. I came here needing serious skin help and from April to June the difference is overwhelming. I’ve never looked so beautiful. Their patient care and skin products will change your life. And TRUST ME, feeling better about your face makes a huge impact in everyday interactions.

The treatment plan Mara created for me is working beautifully. My rosacea and dark spots are gone. My wrinkles are decreasing. Now we are working on improving my collagen production to sculpt my face. I am 70 years old. I’m very comfortable with her suite, staff and treatments. I’ve purchased her discounted plans to afford the cost of my treatments.
PLEASE be careful going to a med spa. Just because someone is an NP/“medical professional” doesn’t mean they have any dermatology training or expertise in the treatments they offer. If something goes wrong, suing them can be pointless bc they often carry no malpractice insurance and have no assets. This field is unregulated. Just because they are under the 'supervision' of a doctor does NOT mean that the doctor is present - some are hours away. PLEASE do thorough research and ask to see any bottle they inject you with. If they refuse, leave.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
