Absolutely terrible doctor regarding transgender care. She has no knowledge in this field. It’s even more a shame shes able to treat trans children considering how sensitive they are known to be. This has only been mine and my daughters experience with this particular doctor within the genesis clinic. She knows absolutely nothing about correct dosages, correct timeframes for blood testing, tries to up sell insanely expensive medications, refuses to listen to feedback on how changes are progressing along my daughters transition, and she recommends lab work that is completely unnecessary. It’s a real shame doctors are allowed to practice such outdated medicine on CHILDREN. Search elsewhere for a doctor regarding your child’s transition. She is not the one.

I love her so so so much. She has helped me with everything and is caring and I love having her as my doctor. I would recommend her to everyone. She knows what's up and strives to make sure you're comfortable and allows you to open up and talk about what you need. 10/10

The worst doctor I’ve ever seen. She really doesn’t care about patients which is a shame. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Lau to my worst enemy.
