Got there at 8:30 pm with my daughter and it was 12:30 am and still couldn’t get discharge papers was told I was getting them at 10 pm my daughter was still having fever the whole time and other people coming after me getting a whole room while I was still in the waiting room

While traveling daily from Oklahoma to Dallas to be with our daughter during her medical treatment, I discovered my laptop screen had been cracked when a car seat was adjusted against it. I contacted Dallas Fix Tech and was relieved they could repair it the same day. Unfortunately, after getting stuck in over three and a half hours of traffic, I barely made it to the hospital and thought I’d have to give up on the repair. Instead, they came to me, picked up my laptop from the hospital, repaired it, and brought it back the same day. What meant even more was the kindness they showed during a difficult season for our family. Their encouraging words and compassion reminded me that there are still people willing to put hope into your heart when you need it most. They didn’t just fix my laptop. They truly saved the day.

My brother was on his deathbed and this hospital was the worst the doctors are very unprofessional they make you do something you don’t which the couldn’t the Registered nurse sydnie was horrible and rude she didn’t like my family members in the room with my brother it took everything in me to not say something bad cause she’s “caring” for my brother but ugh!! Do not bring your loved ones here please the doctors don’t care about your grievances and talk to you crazy

Quiero compartir mi experiencia que es totalmente decepcionante, ayer tuve ingresada ami bebé , y el personal de noche solo se la pasan en los teléfonos no se toman el tiempo para checar al paciente mi hija tenia fiebre a eso de las 3 de la mañana y tuve que llamar yo al enfermero para que checara ala bebé xq en toda la noche fue la única vez q me la checo , y luego me dejan un tratamiento para mi hija y en la farmacia no me lo dan xq la receta esta mal especificada, por dios,como es posible que ni para mandar una receta sean profesionales llamo y llamo y no me contestan deverdad no les recomiendo llevar Asus niños no dan la atención que deverian.

Yeah the person that be answering the calls should be fired! I call in to ask a simple question and they insult me asking if I’m a doctor and that if I study to be a doctor and black blah and she sounded like a old lady tha need to be in a nursing home instead of working there called at 6:15 may 19. I tried calling to complain but she doesn’t pass me with anyone else she just hangs up or doesn’t even pick up.she gave a name “celda” but it’s a fake name I bet.

If i could no stars i would never come here the staff are so rude and have no bedside manners I will never come here again

My son went in with a high fever and uncontrollable cough. Everyone was very attentive and the process was very smooth. He was given a steroid, gave antibiotics and got se t home within and hour. That night he slept all night without a cough. He was exhausted from the lack of sleep and pain the past 4 days so I am very grateful for the doctors and their assistance.

Came here on a family outing for a pediatric checkup, and the care team was genuinely kind and attentive. The chicken tenders from the cafeteria were decent and not overpriced, which helped during a long day. That said, the wait time stretched way past the scheduled slot, and the waiting area felt a bit crowded by midweek afternoon. Parking was easier than expected though. Good care, but the delays make it a mixed experience.

My son has a cardiac procedure and the staff was great! The nurses cared for my son and ensure he felt safe and comfortable especially being a toddler. His primary RN was Bruce and he was amazing, he went above and beyond for us and I can’t thank him enough for being a good support to my son and I🙏🏼 It was a stressful day and he ensured to keep me updated on my son’s status as well as his caring nature after my son was in post-op. Thank you to the Medical City team!
