I didn't have to wait maybe 5mins he was on time and he shared with me what was my problem sit me up with additional tests.and told me my next step! I love Dr. Bell
Medical City hospital Dallas was an amazing experience for me when I went in the staff is professional understandable the care that I received was amazing they made me feel comfortable they made me feel safe and with the help of the doctors and nurses the assistance
The nurses were all very nice, I just wondered if they were all overworked, under staffed. It's the first hospital stay after any procedure that a nurse didn't check in regularly on me. They did not come in unless they were called & then it was a 20-40min wait before they made it in. Several times I called back at 30min to remind them I still needed something or help.... I did find it strange to not be checked on after a pretty major procedure.
My whole experience was great. Everyone spoke and said good morning. The parking experience was great. I love that you have changed to an "app" based paying system.
The service was prompt and staff was friendly. I do think the machines could be updated, though I’ve heard there are new ones that don’t squeeze tightly. More of an imaging. If men were getting mammograms I know we would have something better!😂
I went to the ER because I was in real bad pain.. and now I’m getting billed for 9000 dollars for bloodwork and for a sono on my legs and no pain medication or anything they just told me that I had to go to a vascular clinic for my leg pain varicose veins and my sciatica nerve and that’s nothing was done… And they are trying to charge me 9000 that is ridiculous. I always thought it was a good hospital but I was wrong…And in my opinion they deserve 0 stars for over charging
The people in the MRI place are outstandingly professional and compassionate. The parking situation not great.
I've never seen soo many nurse's talk badly about their patients
Well taken care of.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
