Quality of care was not up to par as other times in this hospital. Night nurse vincentia needs to go back to school on how to find a vein. I'm all bruised up as a result of her incompetence. Also had other issues with night nurses. Best nurse was Abel.

The nurses on the 3rd floor south who took care of my husband after his heart procedure yesterday and today were AMAZING. We had had the BEST care. Lisa and Kayla I think where their names. Also Debbie in billing was so nice even at 6 am. Also Justin, Dr. Dimas PA was so nice and thoughtful. The surgery team really took time to make sure we were okay. All the way from the nurses on the third floor to Eugene and Stephen in the pre-op surgery area. Everyone was so nice. It took my husband ten years to do this surgery because he was nervous but they made it so easy. Would highly recommend

I have never found a personal health care group of people any place, from the gentleman at the check in counter to all the techs that ran all my test. Dr Veser ? There is no better ! Thanks to you all for being so wonderful!

Took my dad to the ER as his HR was 30-40s and BP was elevated — he had been to a different ER the day prior who discharged him without much concern. Medical City admitted him within a few hours and he’s scheduled for pace maker surgery in 2 days! The staff is incredibly nice and the doctors have been taking their time to explain everything in detail. It’s been very nice.
