Dr Berhe has been working with me on an infection in my knee. He is attentive, extremely caring and listens to me when I explain how I feel. I think he truly cares about his patients as they come and go thru his practice. I would recommend him to anyone who is facing an infection that needs attend.

He did nothing to help me, despite positive test results. One of my worse medical experiences ever.

Receptionist told me he would not see me until I had a letter of referral from a doctor and that he agreed he could help me. 2 of my doctors wrote him letters, and the receptionist called me and scheduled. When I got there, he said he couldn't help me. I asked him if he had my 2 doctors' letters and he said no. Just "no", did not try to find them. He totally failed me. He failed to acknowledge positive test results I brought in and said I was normal, even though I was very sick. Bad experience.

We loved Dr Berhe. He is compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. The office staff on the other hand treat you as an inconvenience to their day. They do not return your phone calls, act as if scheduling an appointment is out of the question. I do not like giving unsatisfactory reviews but this issue needs to be addressed by the clinic.

Anyone in need of a doctor with this specialty is well served by Dr. Berhe. He explains what is going on, how he intends to treat it and manages your expectations. I wish I had met him before I changed surgeons and had a 3rd and 4th operation. I probably could have prevented the need for additional surgeries. I absolutely trust him and know that there is probably not a finer doctor anywhere.
