Dr Jacob’s is nice and knowledgeable in person HOWEVER this staff is HORRIBLE! And he is just as bad when you have to have any tests or scans done. They drive you crazy to get the scans scheduled and then once you do them it is impossible to get his staff or him to return your call to go over results. My son had a scan in July and here we are mid September and I have called at least 7 times and left messages asking for results or someone to call me back. They promise to get back to me and never do. The nurse confirmed Dr. Jacob’s got my message and will review them once once he does he will call me. 1.5 months?? No call! Now I am in the process of finding another doctor and I will probably have to have all scans redone due to the fact the staff will not return any calls unless it’s to schedule appointments or something to make revenue for the office. So far they have not sent documents we requested to be sent to our primary care document that they promised to do this week.

Referred to Dr. Jacobs due to 3 month old having UTI/admitted to hospital. Glad to have a provider with “new medicine” approach - not quick to prescribe meds, conservative with imaging ordered, takes it one step at a time. Very thankful we were referred to this provider!

Very thankful for Dr Jacob's care for my son and for us as parents. He helped us to make informed decisions, and our son had zero complications post surgery. He kept us at ease and as comfortable as possible with everything. Great experience!

I was so concerned about how nervous my son was to actually need to see him, initially. When Dr.Jacobs walked in the room that all dissipated almost instantly because my son was so comfortable with him. My son has had it so rough in the last 6 months with seeing so many different physicians / specialists that were not kid-friendly, rude, or reluctant to explain exactly what was happening and why. Doctor Jacobs exceeded our expectations in every amazing category. He has been incredibly patient and brings a smile to my son's face with his humor (it means so much more when your child is in pain). We can't thank you enough for how well you handled my son's care from start to finish!!
