List of MIchael Daniel Grant's Reviews
Dr. Grant is a wonderful and compassionate surgeon as well as a person.
He is a great surgeon, he kept my husband updated
Dr. Grant talks really fast and looks annoyed when you ask questions before your surgery and after surgery he gets even more short/rushed. For example, he asked, "how are you feeling", I said, "well i'm in a little bit of pain still" and he said, "are you surprised?" -- umm well you asked; I asked, "why do my scars look like that", he answered, "who's going to see them?" -- ummm me!; I asked why surgery site was hard and he answered because you just had an operation -- really? he could have said I was still swollen or scarred or anything actually explaining things to me
Dr. Grant is a pretty good surgeon, but seems to have a short fuse when being asked questions about your procedure.
Dr. Grant has the best bedside manner! He made me feel confident in his skill and procedure. He has amazing skill and did a phenomenal job at my mastectomy. He put me at ease, explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. He kept my family informed in terms they could understand. His office staff were fantastic and really worked with us - I had some complications with Chemo which caused a delay, they worked well with coordinating with the reconstruction physician, we were three hours away and they bent over backwards to accomdate with scheduling. I would use Dr. Grant for any surgery in the future. His professionalism and skill is above reproach.
Tried to schedule an appointment but was told they would not accept our Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. Blue Cross said we could pay and then file with them but the insurance person at Dr. Grant's office rudely told us they would not accept our insurance and that was that. Don't want to go a practice where the staff is uncaring and rude.
From first impressions over the phone and their staff actions - Walk away quickly - Unethical, unprofessional and completely rude.
He is the reason my mom is dead. See other practitioners. If the statute of limitations hadn't passed I can basically guarantee you that he would no longer be licensed due to his complete negligence in treating my mom and telling her that she was "cancer free" when in reality her reports showed that he failed to get clean margins. I lost my mom when I was 22 because of YOU, Dr. Grant.
From the first office visit to my surgeries and post surgery visits I have only received exceptional treatment. Dr. Grant bedside manner was/is great. He spent time with not only myself but my husband also to make the process of having a bilateral mastectomy was as stress free as possible. Dr. Grant broke everything down to layman’s terms. Thank you and your team
My very recent experience with Dr. Grant and his office staff was excellent. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I was seen promptly and the tech was very caring. Following my initial exam Dr. Grant sat down in a conference room with me and explained my options. Answered every question to my satisfaction. He even has printed material ready so that I did not have to take notes. He is calming, reassuring and caring. I would recommend him to anyone that has breast cancer.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
