Love Dr. Brown. We were initially automatically assigned to him after my daughter was born with the intentions of eventually finding a preferred pediatrician of our choice. After several visits with Dr. Brown we decided that he was so wonderful and we would love for him to be the main pediatrician for our daughter for all the years to come. It has now been 3 years that we have been visiting him and we couldn't be happier.

My family has seen Dr. Brown for the last 14 years. He is always professional, kind, and a caring doctor. The new location is great and nurses/staff are always extremely friendly and personable. Highly recommend!!!

Nothing agains Dr. Here is a transcript of my first call after 15 min waiting on the nurse line and here is how she handled the call : Me : Does your office perform vitamin K shots for newborns? Nurse : I've never administered one but it does not mean they don't do it Me : Ok so.... Nurse : would you like me to transfer you to the front desk (second time she asked)? Me : Not sure what I will be scheduling if we don't know whether you can do this Nurse : Ok have a nice day. Judge for yourself..

Dr. Brown is the most caring, patient and helpful Dr I have ever known. When my son outgrew his pediatrician and I adopted a little one, we went back to Dr. Brown for his care. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Brown has a long track record and a great reputation for being one of Dallas's best pediatricians. My 2 children have been going to see him for 3 and 5 years, and I'm very comfortable with Dr Brown's recommendations and manner. However, sadly, I recently switched to another doctor in P.A.D. b/c Dr Brown is simply never, ever available. He works reduced patient hours in the PAD office b/c he's involved in a cystic fibrosis clinic & research, so his well child visits book out three-plus months in advance. And forget about getting him for a sick-child visit! He works about half the time in the office as he used to and has a huge patient load, so I can't get an appointment anymore. It's a shame b/c I really do like him a lot.
