Every visit from the start I told every staff member my shoulder injury was work related and covered under workmens comp. There was never any problems until after surgery I was told he would not see me for a follow up unless I paid a $170+ office fee. Again, I explained this was work related. At that time I was told Dr. Khazzam does not accepted WC. I spoke with his rude office manager who said I, in fact, owed $17,000 and if I was destitute I should find someplace to offer assistance. I had to hold back physically and verbally. She asked me why I didn't go through the VA and have it done there since he volunteers one day a month (one day? yeah, that's impressive - not). I made an appointment, we saw each other in the hallway where I was ignored when I nodded to him. A VA PA then came in and told me he wouldn't see me due to a conflict of interest but wasn't sure what that meant regarding him. She called his office to get an explanation and then told me she hung up on the rude b****. I later received a call from A/R who said she didn't understand as my account was overcharged and Dr. Khazzam, in fact, overcharged my account. Beyond that, whatever surgery he did or didn't do I now need another one.

Dr Kazzam is a leading medical surgeon for shoulder replacement. He performed a reverse total shoulder replacement on me with amazing results. I was quite nervous about doing this and put it off for years. But it turned out fantastic. I can move my shoulder around now like it was 20-30 yrs younger. Dr Kazzam used the new technique of 3D imaging for pre-surgical planning and then Virtual Reality Augmentation during the procedure which resulted in a much more precise implant procedure with mess trauma. Dr Kazzam I’m self is really cool and fun to be with.

I was referred to Dr. Khazzam for my shoulder instability. I dislocated my shoulder awhile back and was having trouble lifting weights and overhead throwing. An MRI arthrogram showed a torn labrum in a few areas with bone involvement. I underwent a laterjet procedure and biceps tenodesis, as I feel physical therapy after 20 years wouldn’t fix my shoulder instability. The surgery went well with no complications and my rehab is progressing great. The shoulder is a complex joint, I was glad I had a shoulder expert perform this complex surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Khazzam.

I was referred to Dr. Khazzam after another surgeon was afraid to do my surgery because she had never done it before. After over an hour in the waiting room, I was handled roughly by the Dr. My shoulder was dislocated and he manhandled me during the exam. I was literally in tears and he didn't care. Then I was told I needed physical therapy instead of surgery. I'm glad I got a third opinion because I found out that I did indeed need surgery and if I would've done physical therapy, my shoulder would have been worse off. I am a veteran with a service related injury and he treated me like trash. Go see Dr. Khrisnan instead. You'll thank me later.

Dr Khazzam is a miracle worker with shoulder injuries. Two rotator cuff surgeries and my shoulders are perfect. I was relentless with my post op physical therapy.

I didn't believe my shoulder could be fixed this well. After 15 years of dislocating my shoulder over a dozen times, I was scared to have surgery and didn't believe it could really be fixed. But he did as good of a job as I think could be done!

In the last 7 years I have had bilateral (both) shoulder reconstructions by Dr, Khazzam. I have ALWAYS found the staff and Dr, khazzam to give me the best care. Very happy with both shoulders.
