Poor experience. I was scheduled for a procedure, with everything which that entails: Scheduling a televisit, traveling from out-of-town for in-office appt, managing to get time-off approved from work for post-op recovery, selecting a hotel, and making a down payment to hold the surgery date. I emailed a question to better understand one aspect of Dr. Lee’s approach. I was stunned by his response. He emailed me back, not with an answer to my question, but to inform me that my surgery had been cancelled. Wow! As a healthcare professional myself, having taken thousands of questions from doctors, mid-level practitioners, and patients, I consider it my duty to never judge a question as unnecessary, or beneath me. It is a guiding principle. Dr. Lee was right when he concluded his email by stating that he was not the right surgeon for me. The office subsequently returned my down payment. I have since found a far more experienced surgeon, one who welcomes all questions.

Dr. Lee is a caring, consummate professional. Being from LA, I have to admit that having had access to Beverly Hills plastic surgeons and having seen their work on people, I wasn't sure if anyone could compare. Well, they have nothing on Dr. Lee. In fact, I believe I got a better result than much of the "work" I have seen on the west coast, because of his ethic, talent and total lack of atriface. He truly cares that you get the best most natural results. I am so happy I did my research and found him. And his staff is well chosen. They make the whole process much easier.

Dr. Lee and his staff actively succeed at making their patients feel comfortable & at ease. The process of setting up my procedure has been painless & very simple. Dr. Lee is transparent, knowledgeable, & trustworthy! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my procedure! I can't wait to see the results!

Dr. Lee performed a facelift, neck lift, upper eye, facial fat grafting and later, liposuction. Dr. Lee is meticulous, professional and truly spends the time with the patient to discuss and explain the procedures and address any questions. He also has a very professional, efficient and friendly team. I am very pleased with my results. Dr. Lee specializes in providing natural looking results.

Dr. Lee and his team were wonderful. They are very professional and provided excellent customer service. From my first visit, I felt I would be in great hands and that he was the surgeon for me. He is double board certified and is well known as a meticulously talented (artist) surgeon and had excellent reviews. That gave me such confidence in his skill and expertise!! Especially in facial work. He is very accessible both before and after surgery as are the rest of the medical team, and still is to this day. I couldn't be happier with my natural looking results!
