I recently visited Dr.Michael Wait for a consultation after my angiogram. He was so thorough in explaining from the image. I wish he had performed my own heart surgery over 2 years ago. He is the best When it comes to open heart surgery. He is very kind, approachable, highly skilled. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. wait saved my life i was 29 years old and was about to be a dad to my 1st born. I didnt have any insurance at the time due to me lossing my job, and the city im from in texas didnt want to do or send me anywhere since they didnt think i was going to make it the night but i stayed alive on my own for 4 days until they had no choice but to fly me out to dallas and Dr. Wait gave me a chance to live. I needed a Aortic Valve Transplant which has never been done on someone with Hemophilia A Severe but he did a awsome Job and its been 3 years and i have no problems with my new Valve. Thank you so much for giving me a chance to meet my son and see him grow up.

Dr Wait saved my 27 yo daughter’s life. He performed heart valve replacement surgery and lung surgery. You could not ask for a more smart, kind and caring surgeon!

He is one of the doyens of cardiovascular surgery. I had the great opportunity of working under him as a medical student and I was able to learn so much from him. He is a great teacher and an ace surgeon.

Dr. Wait goes out of his way to take care of his patients. I work in healthcare and deal with many physicians and can honestly say he is a good listener, kind, caring, knowledgeable and experienced. He is someone we trust whole heartedly. I am thankful that my mother is being cared for by him. He's a blessing!
