Dr. Alkalay is an amazing doctor with a huge heart for helping children. We have seen dozens of doctors for my daughter and she was the first who seemed to truly know her case and give us the time of day and validate our concerns. She spent over an hour with us and it was obvious she had done her homework on my daughter’s case and knew every detail. She had a list of questions for us so she could better understand her case and we left with a plan an action items. She promptly followed up on those actions items and truly blew me away with her professionalism and knowledge. Within a few days after our appointment, I already had a personal message from her in MyChart following up on items we discussed. She is energetic and personable and made me feel so much better about my concerns. We’re so grateful for Dr. Alkalay!!

I am a grandmother of one of Dr. Alkalay's patients. Although I have not met her I wanted to leave a review - 5 stars all the way around. My son and DIL have called me each time they have either had an office visit or Dr. Alkalay has reached out to them, to tell me just how impressed they are with Dr. Alkalay and grateful they are that their baby is now in her care. She is thorough, takes an incredible amount of time researching the baby's history, answering all their questions, giving them information no other dr had given them, and her follow up is amazing. Our family is so touched by her care, impressed with her expertise and so thankful there is plan to find out all issues and treat them successfully.

Best doctor ever!!! Professional, excellent communicator, patient and kind, and best of all….. incredible listener!!! I’ve been to numerous doctors, long story short, this is the first doctor that took me seriously. I told Dr. Alkalay, “But I just know something is wrong.” She listened! Dr Alkalay made us feel welcome. Listened to our concerns, answered our questions and really cared about our family. She is very knowledgeable and is up to date on pediatric GI research!!
