She is a awesome person best at her field I tell everyone about Dr Barve I am still here because of his she cares about her patients there is nothing that I would not be worried about cause I know she will do anything and everything she can she is there for you dye is friendly she cares and she will always tell you what is going on and how the outcome can be she is honest she has a great bedside manner and she will actually have a conversation with you she makes you feel like family and she will take care of you like you are her family there is nothing that she will not research or no one she wont call to make sure you are getting the best care she will not bacack down she will make sure your not being treated wrongly she will do what ever it takes to make sure all is right and you can be sure that you will be able to rest knowing that Dr.Barve is your oncology Dr. I went through leukemia and it's in remission I still see her every 4 months and she checks everything out she is the best

Dr. Barve has been my oncologist for 10 years & I feel extremely lucky that she was recommended to me at the diagnosis of my cancer; she has been open, informative & compassionate throughout the course of my treatment. I would recommend her to anyone who is searching for an oncologist.

My primary physician refereed me to Dr. Barve after reviewing an X-Ray Dr Barve. Has been my physician for the last 5 years treating me for a Giest Tumor. She reviewed my report with the surgeon and I had a quarter of my stomach removed. after the surgery she prescribed Gleevec 1 tablet 400mg daily. The product is so expensive... Dr. Barve gave me the contact information to the pharmacy that helped me qualify for Novartis Patient Assistance program. I have been on the tablet for 5 years which has kept the cancer from spreading. She is very thorough scheduling testing for my blood, Cat Scans and MRI. She always explains everything clearly so that I understand. It is a blessing to have her as my Doctor
