The Hippocratic Oath "The oath dictates the obligations of the physician to students of medicine and the duties of pupil to teacher. In the oath, the physician pledges to prescribe only beneficial treatments, according to his abilities and judgment; to refrain from causing harm or hurt; and to live an exemplary personal and professional life." Is everyone misinformed??

The worst of the worst. I truly believe he relishes in the misfortune of others. The fact is, if he suffered from intractable chronic pain he would weep like a child. He isn't stupid. He just can't connect on a human level with other people. If there is an example of what is wrong with Allopathic medicine in 2023, Neil Atlin is the poster boy.

I agree with the other comments about having great success with Dr Atlin. It has been one year since I had the nerve stimulator out in and my life is so much better. Yes, he does cut quickly to the chase. He wants you to understand that it is YOUR responsibility to follow his instructions in getting better. Dr Atlin has been great in helping me get the use back of my arm. I had seen many other doctors but never was able to get past the pain in being able to use my arm. I always favored my arm until just hours after the surgery. Dr Atlin has been great, to the point and wants the best for all of his patients!

Every comment is true. He suggested I get on depression meds. I been out of work a year and his lack of care and remembering things he is rude. I never asked for a pain med just a speedy treatment to get me back to work

My pain was alleviated with one shot. I feel great. I had dealt with the pain for so long that I felt strange without it. I so glad it gone.

Thanks to Dr Atlin and his staff for helping me with my long road to recovery I was finally able to hike up to Machu Picchu in Peru. Couldn’t of done it without them and the simulator. Thank you!

My wife is a long-time patient of Dr. Atlin and we recently went to see him. We got in quickly and had a great visit with him. He's always there for my wife and treats her extremely well. He's a dedicated professional that knows his craft extremely well and I'm glad we found him. If you need a pain management Doctor that's on top of his profession he's the one you want to see. He listens to what you have to say and tailors your treatment to your needs. My wife's general health recently changed for the worse and he was quick to notice it and make changes to his treatment procedures. We've seen many pain specialists over the years and he is "by far" the best we've seen. Thank you Dr. Atlin for your highly specialized care and top notch bed side manner.

Dr. Atlin is an excceptioal Doctor! i got an infection in 2012 and had to have my pain pump removed. and put on oral pain meds and was a zombie and unable to fumction. At that time there was no one to replace my pump in Amarillo until we found Dr. Atlin in Dallas and he excepted me as a patient, replaced the pump and has maintained it for the last 8 years with no complications what so ever. His staff is very professional, caring and so sweet! Thank-you so much for making my life so much better and i definitely would recommend you to my family and friends.

If you are in chronic and insufferable pain, GO SEE DR ATLIN RIGHT NOW! I have read the other reviews… the complaints that he “doesn’t listen”, or “cuts you off”, and to some extent I agree… he is a very effective and direct communicator. However, he is not being dismissive or rude, he simply knows exactly what information he needs and does not focus on extraneous bologna. One year ago I was in so much pain from a rare nerve disorder and felt like my life was over at age 44. Dr Atlin knew exactly what to put me on to get the pain under control, and when it needed to be adjusted or augmented by a surgical procedure, he knew it and i trusted his wisdom and experience and i could not be happier that I did. I am in no pain today, and I owe him everything for restoring my quality of life. He is an amazing doctor who knows his specialty extremely well. Yes, no one likes getting urine tested at the doctor…. it makes you feel guilty even when you have done nothing wrong… these are office policies in place to satisfy state law, and all related licensing organizations. (I am an attorney) If you are suffering and no one else can help you and you feel hopeless, Dr. Atlin will turn your life around 180 degrees. Trust him, follow his directions, and complain to your friends, because he is there to be your pain doctor and he does this exceedingly well.
