My experience had been outstanding. From the help in the front office (Latoya), to the pharmacy techs and especially my counselor Shawana Harris. Shawana has always treated me with dignity and respect. As I progressed with mytreatment her guidance has been an invaluable source for me to turn to when I had doubts, questions or support. If you are looking for someone who will actually care about you and what your trying to get through Shawana is the best bar none.

Shawanna H. is the best. She is more than a counselor to me. She is someone I truly admire from the bottom of my heart. She is professional and kind but she genuinely cares. She will tell you when you’re wrong, and guide you to make it right. She has much wisdom, she supports CPS & will walk thru that & she sheds light on what MAT really is. I am thankful to have known her these 2 years & she has been with me every step of the way.

My wife and I have been going for over a year. My wifes mother was murdered, she was depressed and at rock bottom. Now she recently just got her daughter back in her life and is raising our new grandbaby in our home. Even though I still struggle I have hope seeing all the progress that my wife has made . Her counselor Shawana Harris has been by her side through it all, an even calls to check in on her and make sure we have our medicine when we have to travel to Iowa for our grandbaby. People who really care here. New seasons is great, if you're scared of treatment they definitely have counselors here that genuinely care like Shawana.

Shawana saved my life. I started here at New Season about a year and a half ago and have been supported throughout my recovery by Shawana. My life was spiraling out of control and this place was the only place that actually helped me! My first counselor, Shawana, worked closely with me to help me setup treatment goals and work towards getting back up on my feet. Everyone I’ve come into contact with there has been friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend coming here before seeking treatment elsewhere. Definitely saved my life!

Since I started coming here in January of this year, Shawana H. has been a great counselor. She's supportive towards helping me through my treatment and has helped me in planning for my future goals as well. This is the first and only treatment center i can say has worked for me a lot has to do with my counselor (Lorenzo Perez) he's been so helpfully and i can talk to him with no problem about anything IV even cried in front of him talking to him and he always gives me the best advice and help me see a better day when i have bad ones. I can count of him. I've been clean for 3 1/2 years now thanks to his help. And if you read this thanks alot.
