I have essential tremors with Deep Brain Stimulation. Dr Pavasia works diligently to try to regulate my stimulators to help me adjust to every day life without the tremors.

Dr Pavasia has put in place multiple obstacles to make sure a patient can’t bother him. A complicated voice attendant system to ensure you don’t speak to a real person an a “Patient Portal” that I have proof that the doctor and staff don’t read and they will take several days to respond to a person they made sick with an ill advised prescription. This doctor can’t be bothered with patients. He just wants to drive a Mercedes and live in Highland Park. Please choose another healthcare Neurology group.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. After maybe an initial visit by phone (COVID) with a physician’s assistant you will never communicate with the doctor again. He has gone to great lengths to make sure you can’t bother him. Call his number and you will face an automated attendant that will fluster and anger you. Log in to his “Patient Portal from Hell” and you will not get a response from him in fact you will not get a response from anyone with medical training. After three days I got a response from an office manager. This doctor doesn’t have a calling to help people. His only calling is to his accountant so he can drive a Mercedes and live in Highland Park! Don’t walk please run away from this group for your sake.

They do not return phone calls. They do not tell you the results of tests. They cannot even file claims with insurance properly. I have to take care of it for them. Recommend them, do not make me laugh.
