Dr. Unni is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. She was completely familiar with my medical history even at the outset of our first visit and was very encouraging and practical in her counsel. No detail escaped her attention. Awesome would be a good description of this physician!

Dr. Unni is extre knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. She is so kind and compassionate. I feel so grateful that she is my doctor. When my cancer metastasized, Dr. Unni seemed genuinely sad about it and treated me with kindness and gentleness when she delivered the news. I am so glad she is my doctor!

I have always found Dr. Unni caring, personal, and yet very professional. When my daughter discovered she had cancer, Dr. Unni is the doctor I wanted to treat her. We have both received the best care possible. I highly recommend her!

Dr Unni is a very thorough and compassionate physician/oncologist. She explained my diagnosis, treatments, and overall prognosis in detail. She was the third oncologist I interviewed, and I new immediately I wanted her to be my oncologist. My treatments at UTSW always run on time and the staff is very courteous. I highly recommend Nisha Unni MD.

Dr Unni does not answer pages and is very difficult to reach. She even ignores emergency calls. We have had to go through several avenues to get help, including multiple emergency visits. I'm on Chemo and have had critical appointments cancelled or rescheduled due to her negligence. Dr Unni does not reply to messages or answer questions on the portal, excepting the occasional rude, short statement. She doesn't refill pain medicine. Dr Unni does not preapprove expensive medicine and lies a lot!
