I can't really comment on the quality of the dermatologists; we typically see Dr. Agim for ~5 mins or less, barely a cursory review. However the scheduling, medication and practice management are abysmal. The practice requires our son to be seen before processing a refill for the RX they've prescribed, however timely appointments are never available in advance. Doctor Agim made my sons visit comfortable and bearable. She provided all the answers I needed in depth. She asked questions while taking her time to listen to me. She was in no rush to listen to my concerns. I was sure my son was in capable hands. The entire staff I encountered was friendly too. And accommodating.

My son was worried about going to the dermatologist but Dr Agim and her staff made him feel comfortable. The entire experience was great and I would recommend children’s health and the dermatology department to anyone who is looking for treatment for their child.

Dr. Aging started treating my son when he was 2 1/2-3 years old he was covered with putstuler psoriasis from head to toe. She found the correct diagnosis and treatment for my son and now his skin is clear and he doesn't feel like a monster anymore I will forever be indebted and so grateful to Dr. Agim and the entire Children's Hospital staff. Dr Agim calmed my fears and gave me hope that my little 9 year son can have a carefree life Thank You Dr. Agim
