Profesional care of people and good sense of humor
My mom has never been treated in this hospital, and we received a huge amount of bills from this address. I don't know what's going on.
Horrific incompetent billing. More than 1 year after a procedure, we received a huge bill in the mail. After a phone call, I found out they had the incorrect name and information for the insurance they were supposed to have billed. I provided correct information and repeatedly tried to contact them to make sure everything was settled. However, good luck with them answering the phone or returning messages. Turns out they never billed insurance correctly and then sent it to collections who informed us to pay or our credit would be affected. Mind you, we had fantastic insurance and no issues with them covering all the other costs related to the other procedure services with absolutely no issues. Only Noble Anesthesia is incapable of billing correctly and timely. We are still trying to get this settled.
They did a great job explaining everything. When I woke up I was nauseous, they gave me IV meds immediately that helped quickly which I really appreciated.
These folks have it together! There are fast efficient and nurse did a fantastic job on my IV! Very cool group. Thank you!
The most efficient and experienced staff I haven’t seen in my life. Great job.
I have the same compliant as so many others. Never received an invoice for services from them all I received was a collection notice from Southwest Recovery almost 1.5 years after they say they provided services. I’ve requested an invoice because I’m not just going to pay some company I’ve never heard of. I never received an invoice and they reported the account to the credit bureaus. I have very good credit and pay all my bills on time but I don’t just send out money when they can’t prove they provided services. I’m disputing this with the credit bureaus until they can provide proof of services.
So SO rude. I was sent an invoice in the mail and tried to call about it over the past year. They would send me a notice and I would try calling, leave a voicemail because of course nobody could call, then never get a call back. I finally got a call back by a "Sierra" (I think) when I said I would not be paying this until I had an explanation of the bill. She was extremely rude on the phone and would not give any explanation, it's not my fault your coworkers never called back before. Learn how to speak to people.
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Their billing is an absolute mess. Noble sent bills in the mail but the only option to pay was over the phone during business hours. -No one ever answers their phone so you can make a payment -No one ever returns your call or voicemail. -They don't have an online bill pay option (a little behind the times...) They sent me to collections without even reaching out to me to request a payment. I have paid now but that's not the point. It is apparent that Noble is incredibly unresponsive and lazy as they would rather sell off their debts to a collection agency than maintain positive contact with their patients and collect the payments themselves.
The folks that took care of me for my procedure were awesome and I feel like they knew their business. Thanks guys and ms. Lee you were out standing

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
