Dr. Slusher is a great doctor, and this office staff is amazing. They have been so helpful with my new need for glasses at the age of 60+. All of them have been patient with me as I navigate their comprehensive testing, and Ryan has been an absolute star getting the perfect lense fit for me. Thanks to a great team of eye care professionals!

The worst experience I have ever had in a medical environment. The Office Manager was extremely rude and the Doctor was so unprofessional to the point I called off the procedure to remove my cataracts after completing the pre-op measurements for the surgery. When asked to speak to the Doctor, I waited for over an hour and then was told by a young medical assistant that Norman would not meet with me with no reason given.

Dr Slusher and his team have cared for my eyes for over 20 years and I have always received outstanding care. A special thanks this year to Ryan Perez for his patience, time and expertise with my eye glasses.

I GIVE DR NORMAN SLUSHER AND THE SLUSHER EYE CENTER ZERO OVER FIVE STARS (0/5). DR NORMAN SLUSHER DID MY RIGHT EYE CATARACT SURGERY AND I HAVE BEEN LOOSING MY SIGHT SINCE THEN. THE DOCTOR NOW SAYS I HAVE ANOTHER KIND OF EYE PROBLEM. THE LENS DR SLUSHER USED ON MY RIGHT EYE IS ALSO SMALLER THAN MY NON-CATARACT LEFT EYE. I TOLD THE DOCTOR NUMEROUS TIMES AND HE NEVER ADDRESSED MY CONCERNS.😢 THE CENTER IS LIKE WILD, WILD WEST.. DIFFERENT STAFF WILL COME AND INSTILL DROPS INTO YOUR EYES WITHOUT TELLING YOU THE NAME OF THE DROPS. AFTER BOTH EYE EXAM, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE FOR TWO DAYS AND THAT WAS VERY STRANGE FROM ALL MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES. IN CONCLUSION, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN AND RUN FOLKS TILL YOU GET TO ANOTHER EYE CENTER. I RECENTLY REQUESTED FOR MY MEDICAL RECORDS AND ALSO VOICED MY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH DR SLUSHER AND THE SLUSHER EYE CENTER. I WAS TOLD BY THE RECEPTIONIST THAT SHE WANTS TO INFORM THE DOCTOR AND CALL ME RIGHT BACK BUT SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK AND THAT WAS THREE DAYS AGO. I DEEPLY REGRET EVER GOING TO DR NORMAN SLUSHER AND THE SLUSHER EYE CENTER!!!👎👎😢😭😭
