Extremely poor experience with the X-ray technician, Mark. When I checked in, I asked if my husband can go back. The front lady said yes as long as the doctor didn't mind. I have had an extremely long and complicated history with medical issues and have a ton of anxiety when it comes to test. Especially ones that have the potential to be painful. I wasn't asking for my husband to come back for fun, I needed his support. Mark told him to just leave because HE didn't want him in there. I asked again after I was ready and he said again no, HE doesn't want him in there. Not the doctor, just him. Extremely cold attitude. A lady from the front desk came back because they needed a female since my doctor was male and mark was also male and my X-ray dealt with seeing if my tubes were blocked from the several abdominal surgeries I have had. She came up to me and was extremely friendly and said she was here if I had anxiety. I thanked her and said yes I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to anything medical, please stay. She then had to discuss it with mark. He "allowed" her to hold my hand as I broke down in tears from the pain and all the anxiety since now he could see how this effects me. Terrible terrible terrible terrible personality from mark. What if I had been raped and needed support from somebody back there. I shouldn't have to explain that. If I ask and there is no issue from the doctor, which it didn't seem like there was. Not sure why he seems the need to gatekeep people. Another medical test gone wrong when it could have easily been better with my husband back there. Hope Mark finds some empathy soon. The front desk ladies and my doctor on the other hand were outstanding. Thank you for holding my hand.

Sitting in the lobby right now as I post this. They said they'd be ready for me to take an x ray in 15 minutes after I filled out paperwork, it's been 45+ minutes now with no update and no one else in the waiting room. Also, this is hard to find. It's in the medical city building, it doesn't look like the images attached to this yelp page. They don't answer the phone if you need help finding this place. I probably won't be coming back. I think the company needs to hire more. The few people working are working harddd and aren't able to do it all!

The entire Staff was professional, kind, and pleasant . I would recommend this facility to family. My appointment occurred during the Holiday Season, everyone made me feel welcomed and not as if I was a burden. The snacks were a plus!!! Thank you ! Respectfully, Jo

Excellent imaging center for sure! Location looks very nice and clean. Staff is kind and friendly accommodating and want to make sure all your questions are answered.I would like to Thank “MARK” for his excellent care during the whole process my test which was 2 hours. I had wonderful experience with Mark & Radiologist Dr. Fenyes regarding my Barium Swallow X-Ray, I was so anxious, they made it super easy for me & performed excellent. Newer imaging equipment and no manual paperwork to fill. You are given a tablet that takes you through the check-in and medical history process. very impressive compared to other imaging centers.

I had wonderful experience with Mark & Radiologist Dr. Fenyes regarding my Barium Swallow X-Ray, I was so anxious, they made it super easy for me & performed excellent job.They have great customer service as well, Alejandra is super nice and very helpful. Highly recommend!
