Have been receiving treatment here for about 5 years. Loved Dr. Shaw but now he has been replaced with Dr. Fuchtman. For the last year my pain has increased and cannot even get a response from this clinic. Have spoke with my insurance about pain and asked what should I do. They have informed me that they have received nothing from Dr. Fuchtman and all they need is a response to approve my care.Dr. Fuchtman has not responded and the clinic has not either since back in July. Now the pain has cost me my job after 8 years. I have no choice except to file lawsuit. I am afraid they have made my back worst with there laser burning. And can not even get a return call. My advice to anyone considering seeing this doctor to find someone else. She got her money and that seems to be all she wanted. No concern about my health at all.
