Lisa and the ladies at Nova Leap were very helpful and made every effort to assist my mother. My mother was very challenging and they kept trying. Very helpful staff if you need them.

Carestaf has been taking care of me for the last 6 yrs and I can’t say enough good things about them. I have nurses and caregivers around the clock that work their schedules to make sure I don’t have to have new people, they go out of their way to anticipate and accommodate my needs, whether it be taking me out of town to see family, helping with things around the house or caring for my medical needs and coordinating my care with my doctors. The office staff is equally as helpful and attentive, frequently checking in with me to make sure my needs are being taken care of and that I’m getting quality care. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of great care.

Carestaf did an excellent job of finding great caregivers to work with our elderly family member! At times our need was last minute but they worked very hard to get someone that met our wishlist and get them in place rapidly. They will be the first ones I call whenever a kind, experienced and conscientious caregiver is needed in the future.

Alicia Wade of CareStaf of Dallas is truly a blessing. Alicia has been providing at home skilled nursing support for my Dad for the past year. She is both competent and kind which is rare these days. Alicia is very responsive to my Dad, always going the extra mile to ensure he is well taken care of and keeps me posted on any key updates. My Dad feels very comfortable with Alicia. My Dad trusts Alicia and appreciates how she treats him. Dealing with elder parents can be stressful and Alicia Wade truly understands this and eases my worries!

The Hospice facility that I am using for my 101year old Mother is wonderful except for the fact that they used Carestaff to sit with my Mom at the end of her life. They sent a very uncaring person that actuall brised my Mother by handling her very rough. I asked her to leave and she refused. She was very loud and disruptive to my dying Mom.

Hired CareStaf to support my Mom's stroke recovery, based on Presbyterian stroke rehab hospitals recommendation. They are an excellently managed company with very capable caregivers who can support stroke patients. Also, reliable to fill in shifts or finding the ideal caregivers who Mom trusts.They were also proactive solving a number of transition challenges.

Carestaff helped my mom 24/7 for two weeks up until the end of her life, and each one of the nurses we had was exceptional. They were caring and lovely to my mom, just what we wanted for her in her last days. The nurses genuinely cared, even calling when they were not on shift to check on her. They were extremely well trained, professional, polite, caring. (and we had mom in hospice in our home, so it was even more important to find nurses who were respectful.) I highly recommend Carestaff. Our family was can not imagine having any better care than what we received. They were outstanding.

Julie Borcelon is an Amazing hospice nurse. My mother was given a day or two to live. Julie came to the assisted living facility and was the gift we needed. She kept us informed of my mother’s progress since my mother was dying. Julie made sure my mother was not in pain. At least three times Julie gathered our family to inform us of the next steps my mother would be taking ans she progressed towards her passing. Finally Julie got us all together and said “it is time. Your mother has 1-2 more minutes to live.” As we said our final goodbyes, my mother passed away. Thank you Care Staff for Julie!
