Novel Healthcare Services's Online Review Report Card

My Husband was in a severe car accident and had to have several vertebra replaced. We are fairly young. So, as you can assume this process is completely foreign to both my husband and I. immediately we started having issues with insurance and the approval proses. Novel healthcare was one of the companies that we were referred to however, like the other Home Healthcare facilities, we were referred to insurance did not cover their facility. However, thank God when we reached out to novel healthcare. We got a hold of Tim Gilliland because up until this point we felt like every hospital rehab or home healthcare was not caring if we would be able to receive the help that was absolutely needed for this surgery, t soon as they found out, there was no coverage or they weren’t licensed with the insurance whatever the problem they would immediately stop helping us, not Tim he He immediately not only found as a place that Would be covered he continuously stayed in contact with him until the approval process was complete, and all our questions were answered and scheduled with a Home Healthcare appointment. To the best of my own knowledge novel healthcare never received anything from us or our insurance, but they made sure we were taken care of. They made us feel like human beings in need and that someone cared, We thank you so much Tim and novel healthcare. Y’all are the example of how you retreat a patient in need!

I was in a car accident and was partially paralyzed. After three vertebrae replacements month in the hospital then went to encompass for physical therapy and was told by the case worker there that when i got home everything would be lined up for me....it never happened. I was referred a guy that can help resolve my problem and he did just that Tim Gilliland is an awesome individual. He wasn't even paid to help me get my home health physical therapy. And worked none stop and kept me updated on everything so it's only right i give respect to this man for everything he's done. Thank you very much!

It is not easy to decide on health services for a family member. WHO do you trust?? I have had to do it several times and I can honestly say that Novel has been one of the best. The aide we have comes 5 days a week and is now like family. We love her. The staff has been attentive and tried to alleviate any concerns we have. Not being on “high alert” all the time has been such a blessing. You can trust Novel!!

I was looking for information regarding hospice and palliative care for a family member and Timm was super helpful in providing the information I needed! If anyone is needing more information or clarification on healthcare services, I recommend speaking with Timm!

During my time at Novel the staff have all been very supportive and encouraging. Everyone looks out for each other and you can tell they care deeply about their patients. I would recommend working here to anyone.

Novel Health Services has been such a great help to my Mother and I. Our family was overwhelmed taking on the task of helping with the transitioning of my mother from Nursing Home onto the community. Novel made it easier for us. The onboarding process was seamless. Their care was on point…The staff/ administrators do really care. Angela G. has been the best RN that I've had here at my mom's house since she was put in hospice. Her experience and training has helped me become a better caregiver for my mom, and she's quick to reply to my texts and phone calls. She has gone out of her way to make my mom feel comfortable.

I am very disappointed in this company. The owner of this place lack professionalism and talks to you really bad. I wouldn’t refer a dog to place. I don’t like to write bad reviews about a company but i have had it with the owner and her smart mouth. Since their were issues with scheduling adjustments with me caring for my loved one and she fail to do her job and not wanted the hassle of making those adjustments she got mad and been very rude to me. I have always been respectful and courteous to ms Diane but shouldn’t know human be treated poorly. Please be careful with what agency you chose. I would look into other places other than this one.

The Team at Novel Healthcare Services have been phenomenal when caring for our clients in their last stage in life. I love how Sandra makes every case very unique and personal, She is very cordial and loving to them and their families. With all of her years of experience in the Home Health and Hospice field she truly helpes and cares for them. I believe she is a very special person for her role. I also love how the field nurses provide great hands on care to their patients, they are very thoughtful and careful in handling them with care. They are very friendly and have the heart needed as well. I'm very thankful to be able to team up with this organization that provides excellent care for our clients. I truly would recommend Sandra and her team, if you are looking for hospice care, or Home Health.
