I went in there with no knowledge of trauma, feelings, or how to love myself. I learned how to deal with and do all of those things. I really learned that crying was okay and normal, and reasons why I show up the way I do due to circumstances in my childhood. I felt super comfortable there and was able to open up easily after a few sessions. My relationships got better and my self-esteem went up! I am forever grateful for this place!
