I think it's a world class institution. I have one slight complaint: I read about the PACT program where a patient can recognize a special employee. I swear I have tried everything to locate and compliment a couple of people. Please let us know how to do it. I did find a couple of links that are both broken. Help!!

I have been sitting here in the er since a lil before 7!!! Have not seen a doctor or nurse!! This girl at the front desk said they only have 1 doctor in the ER!!! What the hell you mean!!! As big as this hospital is you mean to tell me you only got one doctor!!! Whyaaaaaaaa!!!!! The level of service here sucks big time!!

The teams of doctors and nurses are great but the waiting rooms are nasty and do not get cleaned. Been in icu waiting room for 2 weeks and not one person has cleaned.
