Dr. Chun truly saved me. I was in excruciating pain, barely able to walk or care for my kids. I honestly felt hopeless. But he worked me in quickly for an ESI injection, and the relief has been life-changing! I can't recommend Epic Orthopedics enough. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about your well-being. They go above and beyond to make sure you're cared for. If you're in pain and searching for answers, this is the place you want to be.

Dr. Dennis umbrecht was an angel! I was hurting so much that I couldn't stand for 1 minute without feeling pain. I can be stoic and refuse to admit I am in pain. I just deal with it. But in this case, nope. I had faith in him and in trun the process and had a few nerve ablations. I was terrified of anyone working on my back. These people were professionals and got the job done! I stil have some pain. That's what an accident will do. Don't let them tell you that slow moving accident injuries aren't that bad. It can mess up your entire life. W ith this clinic I may actually have a shot of getting my life back. Thanks to all the healtcare providers here!

Dr. Chun and his team are wonderful. I had a great experience at his office. His team was warm and knowledgeable and Dr. Chun made everything comfortable for me. It was quick and painless. 5 stars!

I was sent here by Ben Abbott & Associates after a car wreck to treat my injuries. The officer manager Aidee, was very unprofessional, and curt to the patients calling or coming in for appointments. The office staff rarely seemed to know what was going on in the clinic, as I had to call back for prescription refills after visits multiple times. Twice during a 4 month treatment I arrived to appointments they canceled because they didn't have the x-ray or MRI results they had ordered. They overcharged substantially in comparison to my previous medical treatment from Tarpon. I only learned this after another medical provider I was also seeing told me what Epic charges for office visits. Because I was taking pain medication, I had to visit the office every 10 days for a refill, so the bill racked up very quickly. During the course of my treatment, I had multiple delays of procedures (sometimes for weeks) because they said they were waiting for approval from Ben Abbott. I'd call Ben Abbott, who would tell me it had already been approved. The doctors are great, but the front office seemed to be stalling at every turn. When my treatment was canceled by Ben Abbott as it had well exceeded the other driver's insurance coverage, I had been waiting for a procedure for over two weeks. Now almost a year later I can barely even walk. I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone!

It took 3 weeks to get a cast after I broke my wrist from a car accident, the physician and physician assistants were very condescending and didn't actually believe me when I said I had a fractured wrist. I walked around with a loose broken bone for a while. I had to beg the clinic to order me a cast and it wasn't until they got the MRIs that they finally complied. The asian staff is racist towards Hispanics.
