Amazing experience, friendly staff
EXCELLENT! Provided me with medication, procedures and therapy to control my back pain and my migraines. Highly recommended!
AMAZING! Integrative Pain Institute provides comprehensive care for pain. They care about your well-being and extremely skilled at treating Arthritis.
Was called in one day and told I had been testing positive for methadone for two months and was being discharged. Not the last month, with a simple inquiry and a little helpful knowledge, which would have been the right thing to do, but the last TWO months. Not by my doctor, but a nurse/aide. Turns out the "Tylenol" my female friend had been giving me for headaches (would not use my herniated discs meds on a headache) were actually Tylenol 3, which I didn't know at the time has CODEINE in it. The only inquiries made were by the nurse, which were totally unecessary because she already had my last prescritions in her hand. Not only this, but I could NOT get them to send my medical records to another doctor! It's as if they were actively trying to KEEP ME IN PAIN. After 2 weeks of being ignored I went to the office and demanded MY medical records. Once I finally got them, as if it wasn't enough to ignore my requests, I read some of the doctors notes about our interactions. He pretty much made me out to be a drug addict because I knew which medication worked well for me (not my first doctors) and I didn't want someone cutting open my back, essentially screwing me over even further with any treatment from another doctor who reads it. Haven't been able to get another doctor in months. Since, I've been taking a ton of old NSAIDs from my previous trials, and now have severe gastritis and possibly an ulcer thanks to them. Don't go to these "doctors". And for any others with the same experiences, be sure to also let your story be known under Dr. Muhammed Zulqarnain as well so no one is fooled. It's the same place and people. It's a different phone number, and has the suit number, just to show how shady they are. The primary doc can get the bad revs without it affecting the whole business. Don't let others get shafted. If you're not interested in getting sliced open or some experimental fanny pack pain system (high charges to insurance) they're not interested in treating you for long.
I have seen Dr. Rasheed and Dr. Z many times for my low back pain. I was playing hockey was checked from behind and herniated a disk in my low back. When physical therapy and chiropractic wasn't enough I went to see Dr. Rasheed. Overall I feel much better and I would recommend pain sufferers to go here to get treated.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
