Pediatric Dental Care At Casa Linda's Online Review Report Card

Omg!!they were absolutely the best, the way the cared for my child was unbelievable iv been to many dentist with my son but here it felt safe and my son was in the great hands of dr.garces.

I absolutely love this office! They are amazing! Dr. Marr is the best, she is very patient , caring and lovable to all of my kids! (Teenager, toddler and infant) her brushing teeth song is so adorable and keeps the babies calm. Also her front desk Laura made sure to help me book ahead of time for their appointments, especially when they have to come at different times! The assistants know how to work with kids, Sandra helped me a lot today on my babies 6 month checkup very informative! If you’re looking for a dental office for your kids this is definitely the place!

Dr. Marr is fabulous. I can’t say enough great things about her. But the front desk staff is terrible. I have called all week and sent emails to try to get an appointment, when my call was finally answered after 4 days of calls and emails, I was greeted by a rudeness I couldn’t believe. I was told I had to make an appointment with the associate dentist (who I don’t know). I reminded them we are patients of Dr. Marr and she said no, you have to see an associate dentist. As a lawyer, I wound never trust an associate lawyer (little experience) with something important. This is not getting your nails done. It is a profession. And the professional you choose matters. My daughter needs four permanent teeth extracted. So not something I care to leave to someone right out of school. So sad. Dr. Marr, we wish your staff was on par with you!

We had just moved to the area, and I was in dire need of finding a new dental home for our little boy. He had never been to the dentist before, so he had no idea what to expect. Everyone was awesome at his cleaning and evaluation, and they were able to get him scheduled quickly for all the work he was going to have done. Fast forward two weeks from that appointment to today he had his procedure, all the ladies were awesome and made sure he was comfortable with everything. After the procedure he did wake up a little emotional, but everyone made sure that not only was he ok, but that I was ok ( his emotional wake up from the anesthesia pulled at my heart strings) and helped me get all our things out to the car while I focused on carrying him out. Now that everything has settled down he has nonstop told me how happy and thankful he is that the dentist was able to make his mouth stop hurting and that he is not scared to go back and have a visit. I want to say again thank you ladies at the Rockwall and Casa Linda locations for making my sweet boys experience at the dentist amazing.

Dr. Garces is so kind, gentle, encouraging, and fun with my daughter. She does a great job connecting with her, and is obviously in the right field. When your three year old likes going to see the dentist, you know she’s in good hands!

Such a great experience for young kids, everyone is so kind and patient. We love Dr Garces, and all staff!

I have to say, I really like this place. The staff are incredibly kid friendly, and the entire process is crisp and easy. My child is always treated like a VIP and everything is explained in detail, including each step of the specific procedure, next steps, etc. You would expect a pediatric dental office to be kid-friendly, but that's not always the case. Even still, these folks are a cut above expectations. It's good to see your little one made as welcomed and comfortable as possible when it comes to dentistry. And they clearly understand this point and deliver a solid experience.

Took my 7 year old son to Pediatric Dental Care at Casa Linda yesterday. Not sure who was more anxious - me or my son. Our last dental appointment at another practice was horrible. My son was filled with so much anxiety that day, we had to leave without much being done. Not that practices fault - but it just didn't feel like they were going out of their way to ease, comfort, etc. Our experience here, and ESPECIALLY with Dr. Mikael Garces, was literal night and day. My son was still experiencing anxiety prior to the appointment. But from the second we walked in, I could see his fears start to melt away. The front office staff were fantastic in welcoming him in. And did I mention Dr. Mikael Garces?! She spent time pre-exam just getting to know my son. She spoke with him, not just about his teeth and what to expect, but also genuinely learning about his interests, hobbies, etc. By the time his cleaning and pictures started, my son was entirely at ease - which meant I was too! We left our appointment without a single complaint or tear from my son. Any parent reading this will understand what a victory this truly was - for both of us. I'm still amazed at the difference finding the right pediatric dentist can make. If you are in search of a new dentist for your kid, stop here and make the call. Thank you SO very much for everyone we interacted with at our first appointment. Dr. Garces, you are a GEM and know exactly what to do and say to help kids get through (what can present itself as) a scary or new experience. THANK YOU!

I took my two oldest here between 2014-2016 before we moved to a different part of town. We just moved back to the area and started again, bringing my third for his first ever visit. Every. Single. Person we encountered was friendly yet also professional. It’s not every day where you find an office staff that’s on top of it AND nice to work with! Dr. Graces was so genuine and sweet with all three of my boys. They were all relaxed and happy to be there, which is a small miracle! Just blown away! I’m so glad we got to return to this practice. I’ve referred two friends just since my visit today.
