Front desk attendees are nice my complaint is their answering service that would be poor communication sir they don't answer calls period you don't have a reliable answering service why don't you call from an outside number and correct that issue hmn

Dr was not on time, waited over 20 minutes and to be told there is nothing I can do for you. Dr was in for less than 5 minutes. Could have said this in an email. My time was wasted and I took unnecessary PTO from work!

I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and kindness demonstrated by your staff. Despite the wait times, which are understandable in today's busy healthcare environment, the quality of care more than compensated for it. From the moment I was greeted warmly upon arrival, I felt valued and well cared for. The team's attentiveness, even offering me a chair when I was standing, truly made a difference. I would like to extend special recognition to Wendy, Jackie, Amy, Kiki, Tan, Yami, Virgina, and Dr. Michael Alen. Each of them contributed to making my experience exceptional, and their dedication to patient care is highly commendable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience! I cannot say enough good things about Pegasus Spine & Joint Institute! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and professionalism by the entire staff. The front desk team was so welcoming and made the check-in process seamless. The doctors and medical staff truly go above and beyond—they take the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and most importantly, they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. After suffering from lower back pain due to an accident, I was beginning to lose hope, but Pegasus completely changed that. Their treatment plan was personalized, effective, and helped my pain so much—I finally found relief after struggling for so months. Thanks to their expertise, I’m now pain-free and able to live my life without discomfort. Working out with better form & sleeping better. I am beyond grateful for the outstanding care I received here. If you’re dealing with pain and looking for real results, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
